Pizza!

Homeslice in Austin Texas has my heart when it come to the yummiest pizza.
This is the white spinach pizza w ricotta cheese.. I ate my margherita pizza too fast to snap a shot to make your mouth water. :p

Austin.

After 5 days away it was a treat to be in Austin. Me n my sis
took a stroll to the river by her house. on the way a lady was feeding pretty pretty little deer.
We watched a gorgeous sunset and I found a leaf in the shape of a heart.. Nice!

Flying high.

After 2 unexpected days added on to my trip To NYC I finally flew out of there this morning. My and about 10,000 other cancelled flights made it out Monday & today. These are pictures of The flight from NY to Chicago. Couldn't take any flying out of NyC because of cell phones being turned off & I guess I was too tired to be a rebel and take some.
It was an experience to say the least! Never a dull moment in mi vida! & the last pic if it puts them in order is Austin, Texas folks. Glad to be home. Actually not to CC yet... XXXO! ;) (3rd pic is ATX)

NYC

I made it to Times Square on friday night!
It was pretty amazing, I wish I wasn't by myself and could have shared the fun with friends or family but when im on a mission, as I was it was a solo trip to 42nd street after running thru Grand Central & catching the shuttle down there.. A definate must to see this in person!!  These are just a couple pics off my phone as are most of these but more to come... C:

Hurricane Irene

So yesterday I was on the Staten Island Ferry enjoying a beautiful day knowing that hurricane Irene was approaching the East coast. This morning the picture of Jim Cantore Is right where we were yesterday with the Statue of Liberty in the far back. He said that the hurricane is 400 miles away still and we already got a rain band which he has never seen before.  Petty scary stuff..Now im getting a little nervous.. Not to mention my flight is cancelled and we are stuck til at least Tuesday morning in the hotel.  Going to try n stock up on a couple days worth of water at the least. NY stay safe!!

2 Days..

Today we woke up at 3:30am to make our 6:00am flight out of Austin Texas to Chicago and onto Yonkers, New York.
Made it safe n sound..
Lake Michigan looks like an ocean! Beautiful beyond words and the pictures can't capture it. Only a bit...
Window seats are the beeeessst!
Tastey pizza in NY to end our day and on to tomorrow!!
